Bio
This University of Tampa graduate hails from Toronto, Canada and, as CEO of Caledon Concepts, manages investments in various local businesses, including the Rococo Steak and Ceviche Tapas Bar brands, commercial real estate and stakes in multiple Tampa Bay startups. Both Rococo and Ceviche have been named as top dining destinations in Florida by national publications, including the New York Times, Forbes and USA Today. Joe is a member of the University of Tampa Board of Fellows and the Sykes College of Business Advisory Council and is the recipient of the University of Tampa’s Young Alumnus Award in 2014.

Philanthropic Efforts
Joe supports various charities including All Children’s Hospital, Moffitt Cancer Center, Humane Society of Tampa, University of Tampa, Warehouse Arts District and the Museum of Fine Arts.
