The Bellamy

Vince and Mary Cassidy spent years living just steps from Bayshore Boulevard. They spent 14 years living in Hyde Park. They raised their kids here and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. So when the empty nesters decided to downsize in late 2014, The Bellamy tower right down the street naturally caught their attention. “We looked at a number of places and even considered building a new home,” Mary said. “But we enjoy traveling and didn’t want our house to be an anchor.” The Cassidy’s gutted the three bedroom/three bathroom condo and hired Debbie Perez of Tweak Your Space to design the interior. Mary requested a modern, eclectic transitional design that was streamlined and simple. Wil Ramos Design Center installed the distressed French oak floor, Marla Davidson provided all tile and stone and Tate appliances outfitted the kitchen.
