BIO:

A graduate of the University of Florida, Barrow worked in accounting for several years before, twenty-four weeks into her second pregnancy, her water broke. She was put on full bed rest for two months before her son was born premature but healthy.

PHILANTHROPIC EFFORTS:

High Risk Hope gives Bed Rest Baskets to pregnant moms who are hospitalized and often have no family or support network to help them and NICU Napsacks to the families of babies who are born prematurely.

WHY DID YOU START HIGH RISK HOPE?

A year after our son’s birth, we came back to the hospital to give the nurses and doctors Thanksgiving dinner and realized that there were many women who did not have anyone visiting them. I wanted to offer hope and support to other women and show them they are not alone.”

MOTTO:
