Owner, Coyote Ugly Saloon – Tampa, Daytona, Destin, Panama City Beach

Favorite place for a girls’ night out: Coyote Ugly Saloon of course! We’ve got the best mix of music and people. We pour strong drinks so we can get on the bar and dance our troubles away. I love watching the guys get their much-deserved penalty shots and get harassed on the mic. Dancing to choreographed dances like “The Devil Went Down to Georgia” is still my favorite thing to do!

Favorite date-night spot: Topgolf all the way! I get to see if my possible new man is athletic by checking out his skills in golf. We order up pints of beer and yummy junk food.

Favorite spot to take guests from out of town: Bern’s Steakhouse blows my guests away every time! The atmosphere, impeccable service, large wine selection, uniquely cut steaks and the soup trios are my favorite. The dessert room upstairs is the cherry on top with the best bananas Foster ever. Not to mention the owner, David, who is great, along with Scooter who owns the valet.

Favorite place for a power lunch: Oxford Exchange, modeled after the original Oxford Exchange in London, is an architectural masterpiece in Tampa. The shaved Brussels salad and the manchego grilled cheese are scrumptious. The custom teas are also delightful, and I love the bookstore.

Best place to watch a Lightning game with friends: Curtis Hixon Park during the playoffs! [Sometimes] the game plays live on a giant screen. It’s always inspiring to see the community come together to cheer on our boys! Go Bolts!

Favorite local store: The Missing Piece. I collect art and furniture pieces and always find rare pieces to add to the collection.

Favorite healthy meal: Fresh Kitchen – I love it all! There is a lot of variety that can go into creating your own healthy bowl.

Favorite waterfront restaurant: Hula Bay Club all the way. Hanging out there on Sundays with my friends while listening to the cool reggae band and watching the sports games in the background is awesome. I definitely take advantage of the bottomless mimosas –yummy!

Favorite Mexican restaurant: Tres Amigos, hands down. Their margaritas are delicious, and I could drink the queso by the gallon with some jalapeños on the side!

Favorite weekend brunch spot: Church and then the Epicurean Hotel. The eggs Benedict and omelets are incredible, along with the bottomless mimosas. It’s an amazing deal for the five-star food and service. After eating, I’ll hit the Splash pool party.

Favorite pizza: Due Amici in Ybor City has the best pizza on the planet. The setting and the owners make you feel like you’re a part of the family. They also have their own Due Amici-branded wine and sauces. The homemade desserts are out of this world!

Favorite thing to do on the water: Paddleboarding – it’s such a great workout. The brand of my board is YOLO, and I take that saying to be true. You only live once, so it’s important to get out on that water every day and enjoy seeing the sea life. Boarding at sunset is my happy time.

Favorite place to take my pet: The dog park by the Tampa Riverwalk. The water views are great. I have two young French Bulldogs, and there are plenty of furry friends for them to play with.

Favorite restaurant across the bay (Pinellas County):
Buya Ramen in St. Pete. The ramen is the best I have ever had. The pork and blue crab buns are to die for, and the whole place has such a cool vibe.
