The WWE’s most famous siblings bring the spotlight to Tampa in their new reality show
Tampa, prepare to meet the Bella twins. Nikki and Brie Bella, two of the WWE’s biggest stars, helped bring wrestling to the mainstream on the E! series “Total Divas.” This October, they’re launching their own series, “Total Bellas,” filmed right here in Tampa, home of Nikki and her boyfriend, WWE legend John Cena. The sisters sat down with TAMPA Magazine to share their local favorites and one particularly tasty dessert.
Favorite date-night spot:
Nikki Bella: John and I are regulars at Eddie V’s and Ocean Prime. Those are the spots we go to the most.

Favorite place for a healthy meal:
Brie Bella: We love Fresh Kitchen. It’s amazing.
Favorite weekend brunch spot:
NB: We love the Epicurean Hotel, it’s one of our favorite breakfast spots. Piquant is another favorite.
BB: I stayed at the hotel, and it’s insane.
Best fine dining spot:
NB: Bern’s is our ultimate favorite The experience, the ambiance, tradition… Amazing.
BB: I am a vegetarian, and I love Bern’s Steak House. And the [Harry Waugh] Dessert Room!
NB: The best part! [I get] the Granny Apple Pie – every time, people ask me, don’t you want to try something else? No. I’ve never tasted a better apple pie. I get some champagne, too, and I’m just so content in there.
Favorite place for a long walk:
BB: My husband and I loved whenever we could stroll on Bayshore Boulevard. It’s so beautiful. It’s so fun to look at all those old-fashioned, huge homes. It makes me think of back in the day when people settled here and were building those homes and thought, “we have the perfect view.”
Favorite day spa:
NB: Glow Couture Day Spa. Kerry [Sherrill] and Wesley [Winer, owner], they’re mother-daughter, are the best. Brie loves them because they’re organic. Everything they have there has no chemicals and is just very healthy for your skin – plus it’s the cutest place ever.
BB: They spoil you there.
Something out-of-towners might not know about Tampa:
Bern’s Steak House has the biggest wine cellar in the United States.
