Health and fitness has become my life, or should I say lifestyle. This hasn’t always been the case. Growing up, I was very overweight. Even though I played sports and was a confident person, I just knew I didn’t want to live my life like that. It was time for a change, a LIFESTYLE change! I began reading health books, magazines and educating myself on how to live a healthier lifestyle. After losing 100 pounds and keeping it off, I knew I could help other reach their goals as well.
Whether it’s losing 100 pounds, 20 pounds, gaining strength and muscle, or just becoming fit in general, I’m here to help. Exercise and a healthy diet should be a part of everyone’s life. As a Certified Personal trainer that has adapted to a healthy lifestyle, I feel I have the skills and knowledge to help anyone achieve their goals. The difference is you.
