Name: Nicole Hubbard

Title: Community Vice President, Junior League of Tampa

Hometown: Winter Garden, FL

Bio: A wife and mother of two, Nicole grew up outside Orlando and went to Florida State University. She moved to South Tampa nearly a decade ago and became involved with the Junior League of Tampa, where she has spent 6 years on the leadership council. “I was always super active in college and this seemed like the best place to volunteer and be involved with multiple projects. I love South Tampa. It’s near the water, there are sports teams everywhere, there’s a lot to do. The city is really up and coming.”

Career: When she’s not helping out with the Junior League’s mission to develop literacy and education and child welfare programs for underprivileged children and women, Nicole is a certified registered nurse anesthetist for Florida Gulf to Bay Associates at Tampa General Hospital.

Personal Beauty Tip: “I always wear a daily sunscreen (Obagi) and spray tan instead because you have to wear less makeup when you’re tan. I only use You Glow Spray Tan on Azeele Street. Tara is the best in town and not once have I ever had streaks of smudges and I never look orange.”

About the bag: “Not only is it reflective of my vibrant personality with all my favorite colors displayed but it’s easy to throw in the car with me. My life is the definition of crazy busy with a full time demanding career, two small kids and super involved in the Junior League and also very involved with The Children’s Board Heart Gallery of Tampa Bay. My beauty routine has to be practical and able to be applied on the run.”

Screen Shot 2013-10-07 at 10.36.04 AMNaked Basics from Sephora: “I use this matte makeup under my eyelids. I have several of these and use them everyday.”

TNS Serum: “This is applied to face and neck morning and night and is a powerful anti-aging and antioxidant. It’s $250 but worth every penny.”

Lyterica: “I apply this morning and night after the TNS application. It has a non hydro-quinone skin brightening system that evens skin tone and color and keeps the skin looking youthful.”

TNS Eye Repair Cream: “This helps with dark circles under eyes, fine lines and wrinkles and puffiness. Rashae Doyle from Academic Alliance in Dermatology introduced me to this. I apply it morning and night.”

Latisse: “I apply it to my lash line at night before bed. It helps lengthen and thicken lashes and promotes lash growth.”

Arbonne Mascara: “A good friend got me hooked on this mascara. I like it because it doesn’t have all the harsh chemicals.”

Mac Bronzer: “This goes with my skin tone and is easy to apply.”
