A workout designed by athletes, for parents.

Push your way to fitness with iStroll, a revolutionary full-body stroller workout, social network and playgroup all in one that’s perfect for young busy parents and their kids. iStroll was founded by lifelong athlete and certified fitness instructor Tess Partridge in Clarksville, Tennessee, before she moved here to Tampa. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, Friday and the first and third Saturdays of the month at Anderson Park (821 S. Rome Ave., Wednesday) and Ballast Point Park (5300 Interbay Blvd., Monday, Friday, Saturday). Beginning November 6, 2017, a 5:30 a.m. class will cater to working parents looking to get a workout in before they hit the office.

Full-Body Workout

iStroll is a perfect workout for all parents, regardless of your fitness level. The classes use dumbbells, resistance bands, exercise mats and even your stroller to sculpt fit, beautiful bodies through effective, high-repetition moves.

Working (Out) Together

Owner Tess Partridge knows it can be tough for new parents to have much social time, so she developed iStroll to help connect like-minded young parents who are passionate about fitness and caring for their children. Activities outside of class are planned to help reinforce the bonds made while exercising.

Play Time

Kids get to enjoy the iStroll experience, too. Each class ends with an optional 30-minute playgroup at the park’s playground for the children to interact and make new friends once their parents finish their workout. It’s a chance for parents to connect, too!
